What are your hours?
We are open Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm. We will make deliveries on the weekends when needed.
What are your payment terms?
All payments are Net 15 days. We accept school purchase orders, and most government purchase orders. For first time customers we will require a 50% deposit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Personal checks, Cash, or Pay Pal.
How long until I receive a quote after submitting information online?
If submitting online, we will typically provide your custom quote within the same business day. If we have any questions on your specifications, we will contact you. For a faster quote, please call 706-888-1078. Embroidery prices are based on the number of stitches in your design. Screen printing prices are based on garment selection, the number of shirts you have printed and the number of colors printed. A more accurate price will be given after we receive the necessary information or the design is emailed to us if needed.
What if I want to cancel or change my order?
We give you 24 hours to alter or cancel your order. If you decide to cancel beyond 24 hrs, there is a $50 fee and you must pay restocking fees for the garments (typically 20%). Orders cannot be cancelled after we have started production on your order.
What if I need to reorder?
There are minimums to be met for orders and reorders. Please call for specific minimums with each order. Reorders placed after 30 days will be priced as new orders.
What are your price breaks as my order gets larger?
Big Creek offers discounts in quantity. The more you order at one time, the more discount you will receive. If you're ordering the same design, you can mix and match different colors or styles, as long as the print stays the same on all items. We will work with you to give you the best price possible for your order.
Do I have to order all of the same size?
No, you can mix and match however you like as long as we can print the same size design on all.
Are white and light garments cheaper than colors?
Yes, a white t-shirt with a 1 color print is the cheapest combination of shirt and services offered.
How long will my order take?
We want to make sure we have your order done perfectly! Our lead time is 10-14 business days or sooner from the time you approve the art. You may choose to rush your order for additional fees.
Can I get a screened sample of my design?
Big Creek will provide you with an electronic mock-up of your design through email. You will have the opportunity to approve the design before we go to print. Our number one priority is your satisfaction and we will work with you until your design is just the way you want it.
ARTWORK:
We offer free design service with every order placed. Art will be emailed for approval once the order is placed. We accept your ideas in any format - we can work with anything: napkins, pics, verbal description, screen shot, link, pdf's, ai, jpg, bmp, eps....whatever you have available!

How do I choose color choices for printing? (ink & thread)
We would prefer ink and thread color choices to be made using the Pantone Color System. Please reference the Pantone Color Chart here: http://www.pantone-colours.com/

What qualifies for free delivery?
We generally deliver locally, free of charge, in the North Atlanta area and the Columbus, Georgia/Phenix City area.
For orders outside of the covered areas, UPS charges will apply. We will provide you with a shipping quote if needed outside of our delivery area.
